This course is designed to run over a one year maximum. It will include a one week intensive introductory course with a follow up of a minimum of six days of practical study to complete the college process. It is the individuals choice whether they decide to return for the further practical days but a course completion certificate will only be issued after the further six days of practical work has been assessed.

A one week attendance certificate will be awarded at the end of the one week intensive course. Students will be continuously assessed as to practical ability and undergo informal written and practical examinations.

Students will also be required to provide case studies of work carried out between practical days.
