When we take Aloe, one of the benefits we enjoy is the aloe will start to detoxify the body, get our digestive system in better shape and dispose of built up toxins. This will start after a few days and possibly your bowel movements will change and possibly you will go to the bathroom more often, say twice a day for a couple of days before returning to normal. This is nothing to worry about and is just an indicator that the process has started. It will take a number of weeks before you feel the benefits of the detoxification, but is well worth the wait. Many people experience raised energy levels, improvements with their skin, hair and nails and a general feeling of well-being – "Bright eyed and bushy-tailed" We recommend taking higher amounts of Aloe for your first bottle and then decreasing to the maintenance level of 2floz/60ml. TIPS FOR TAKING YOUR GEL  Refrigerate after opening – it stays fresher and tastes better. Shake bottle every time before use. Take 1floz/30 ml once a day on an empty stomach, before breakfast if possible, for 3 days. Then increase intake to 1floz/30ml in the morning and again 1floz/30ml at least 30 mins. before your evening meal for a week. You can comfortably take 6floz/180ml a day but most of us will only need 3floz - 4floz (90ml – 120ml) to notice a change. After the first bottle, reverse the above until your daily intake is around 2floz (60ml) and 4-6floz (120-180ml) for the Freedom. If you are targeting a specific condition you may wish to stay on a higher intake.
