If you choose to register with FLP and then at a later stage wish to cancel your registration, provided more than 14 days have passed since your registration was processed, you would write to FLP to officially notify them of the termination and they will then refund your purchases from the past 12 months, minus a 10% handling charge.  It is illegal for a promoter or participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme.
